Dr Vikki Neville

Dr Vikki Neville is a behavioural biologist at the University of Bristol, UK. Her research focuses on defining and understanding emotion in animals, particularly from a theoretical and computational perspective, and applying that knowledge to develop methods to objectively measure animal emotion, welfare, and personality. In 2024, she was awarded the UFAW Early Career Animal Welfare Researcher of the Year award to recognise her contributions to improving the welfare of animals.”
